Our high-welfare beef hails from cattle that enjoy the freedom of open pastures at March House Farm in Leicestershire. They graze on minimally tilled soil, thoughtfully monitored for its nutrient content, and feed on lush grass. This lifestyle yields meat that's a cut above the rest – incredibly tender, finely textured, boasting a vibrant red hue, and adorned with beautiful marbling. The fat, equally distributed and creamy white, adds to the meat's exquisite quality.
