Free Range Chicken, Lemon, Bay & Garlic Marinade: (Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Garlic Paste, Bay Leaves, Salt, Whole Lemon)
To barbecue over hot coals cook for 15-20 minutes per side or alternatively for oven cooking, place onto a large roasting tin and roast for approx 40 minutes and until piping hot throughout. Remember to leave it to rest for 10 mins before consuming. (duration may vary based on the bird's size).
