This bacon comes from high-welfare, native-breed pigs that roam freely across Leicestershire fields. With no added water or phosphates, this bacon doesn’t seep water when cooking or reduce in size. Instead each dry-cured rasher is full of flavour and crisps up perfectly too.
Be sure to pair this bacon with freshly cut sourdough found in our bakery section or use it to wrap a our large free-range chicken breasts for that extra special night in.
Cooking instructions: Individually place streaky bacon alongside one another into a cold pan, then heat on medium until the pan warms up and the fat starts to render down. For those who like an extra crispy texture, place the streaky bacon on a foiled baking tray and transfer it to a pre-heated fan-assisted oven set to approx' 190°C, baking for around 8-10 minutes.
