Top of the chutney pops! Carefully selected onions, slowly caramelised in a bath of dark balsamic vinegar, date syrup, red wine vinegar, brown sugar and a hint of chilli powder to give a little kick. The end result is a fragrant, sticky caramelised onion chutney that is hard to resist. The list of pairings is endless, but we recommend it to sit beside a goat's cheese tart or as a gourmet burger topping or at the heart of a grazing board of cheeses, meats and the great British pork pie!
