A revitalising bitter with a pleasant floral aftertaste and an amber hue. The unique citrus notes are infused by adding Amarillo hops during the later stages of brewing. Originally crafted in 2004, this beer has won numerous accolades and takes its name from the Foxton Locks canal boat lift that operated in Leicestershire during the 1900s. If only all history could be taught with a beer or two!
