Slice (if not already sliced) into approximately 2cm thickness. To fry, drizzle a little oil in a pan, cook for 6-8 minutes, turning frequently. To grill, preheat to medium, cook in a grill pan for 6-8 minutes, turning frequently. To oven cook, preheat to 190°C/Gas mark 5. Place on a baking tray, cook for 8-10 minutes, turning once halfway.
