SOLARIS DRY WHITE 2018

Solaris is pressed from premium grapes from a Leicestershire vineyard nestled within the historic grounds of Rothley Temple. As you savor each grape, you'll wonder if Richard III himself ever walked these grounds, as the symbol for the House of York - the Sun in Splendour - adorns their label. With a pale lime hue and an aroma that tantalizes the senses with hints of pineapple, pear, and elderflower, their grapes offer a unique taste experience. The flavors of ripe grapefruit, white currant, and gooseberry dance on your tongue with a subtle hint of ginger on the mineral aftertaste. This wine is versatile and can be paired perfectly with tofu, fish, poultry, potato dishes, salads, soft cheeses, or enjoyed on it's own.
